Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Employment Attorney to become part of a well-respected team in the legal industry, based in Sacramento, California. This role presents a unique opportunity to provide advice and counsel, conduct training sessions, and lead investigations for both public and private sector employers. Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice on matters of employment law - Conduct thorough investigations related to employment law issues - Develop and update employee handbooks to ensure legal compliance - Deliver training sessions to employees and management on employment law matters - Utilize your knowledge of Administrative Law to provide comprehensive legal advice - Handle all communication professionally, demonstrating excellent written and verbal skills - Ensure all legal practices are in alignment with California law - Maintain a high standard of work, meeting the annual billable requirement. Requirements - Proficiency in Employment Law is required to effectively execute job responsibilities. - Must possess the ability to provide sound Legal Advice on various employment matters to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. - Experience in creating and revising Employee Handbooks to reflect current employment practices and laws. - Ability to Conduct Investigations into allegations of misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and other employment-related issues. - Expertise in Administrative Law is necessary to handle legal issues related to government agencies and their administration.
