Salary: $205,000 - $320,000 per year

A bit about us:

Our client has an immediate need for a bankruptcy and corporate restructuring associate to join their midtown Manhattan offices. This career opportunity is with a growing national Am Law 200 firm that specializes in corporate law and commercial litigation. Practice disciplines include corporate transactions, tax, trusts & estates, intellectual property, employment law, real estate, litigation, white collar criminal defense, and government investigations among others.

Interested candidates must have 2 years minimum of substantive bankruptcy or corporate restructuring experience, preferably from an Am Law or comparable big law setting. You will join a dynamic and reputable team of experienced attorneys who represent creditors' committees, asset purchasers, equity holders, secured and unsecured creditors, and estate fiduciaries in complex chapter 11 proceedings, restructuring, and bankruptcy litigation.

Job Details

Minimum 2 years of experience in a bankruptcy/corporate restructuring practice required for consideration. Interested candidates must have strong academic credentials from a top law school and excellent oral and written communication skills. Admission to New York State Bar required.
