AutoMax Recruiting and Training has been the country's largest, most well-known and respected nationwide automotive recruitment company for over 27 years. We staff all dealership departments from "porters to presidents" and as our business is expanding we need more great recruiter trainers!
Position Description and Expectations: Estimated work varies from as little as 25-30 weeks up to 43-45 weeks a year. Potential for EXTRA remote dealership recruiter to generate EXTRA income, done from home or while you're on the road (play more golf).
We will receive hundreds of resumes for these 2-3 openings so don't delay. Provided we want to take next steps with you we'll need a short 3-5 minute video of you, telling us a bit about you that's NOT on your resume, then separate phone calls with 2 of the owners and we'll make our decisions considering all information given and received.
If chosen, get ready for an intense 5 day initial training lead by our very own record setting recruiter trainer (truly record setting). Provided you do EVERYTHING he teaches you, your income can be substantial; do half what he does and enjoy an outstanding living.

Job Duties: - Facilitating recruiting and training of inexperienced new hires onsite at dealerships
- Handling additional staffing needs of dealership clients
- Selling AutoMax staffing solutions
•Staff from "Porters to Presidents" - automotive technicians, admin , BDC , all fixed ops plus management.
•Be accountable for enforcement of policies and controls.
•Maintain open dialog with corporate ops to assure alignment with priorities.
Requirements: •Automotive dealership experience (SPECIFICALLY TOP SALESPERSON, CLOSER, SALES MANAGER)
•A desire to achieve
•Passion to truly help others achieve
•The ability to pass drug test (without studying)
•Valid driver's license
•Clear a background check
•Maintain a social media presence and or willing to start one and engage exactly as you'll be trained to do and train others
•A proven track record of overcoming adversity
•This is not a W-2 position, you'll be an independent contractor affiliated with AutoMax
•Extensive travel
