Overview: Transport home improvement supplies using dry van trailers. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight with 90% drop-and-hook loads. Complete 10-12 loads per week within designated regions. Drive primarily in Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Pay and Bonus Potential: Receive generous mileage pay and hourly compensation while on duty, not driving. Earn performance pay weekly. Benefit from a $7,500 sign-on bonus (paid over 12 months for experienced drivers). New drivers can receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus (paid over 12 months). Participation in paid orientation. Gain paid time off after 6 months, along with 6 days of holiday pay yearly. Qualified for annual bonuses—up to 2% of your total gross pay each year. Qualifications: Must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). A valid Commercial Learner's Permit is required if seeking company-paid CDL training. HazMat endorsement is needed within 90 days of hire—Schneider offers self-paced online training to assist. Must reside within 100 miles of Topeka, KS.
