Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado

Status: Part-Time; Minimum Expectation of 5 visits or 10 hours per week

Schedule: Flexible - Choose from 1 to 12-hour visits in home health care!

Your Role as a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant:

As a Home Health CNA, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for your patients. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Provide care for seniors and individuals with illnesses, injuries, or chronic diseases in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and nutritional intake.
• Support ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Monitor vital signs, document changes, and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with home health nurses and aides to ensure care plans are followed.
• Observe patients and report any changes that may require adjustments in care.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Colorado.
• CPR Certification (demonstration course required).
• No Covid Vaccination Required.
• Pass a background check and drug test (THC testing required).
• A compassionate nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
