Join Our Team as a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado

Status: Part-Time; Minimum Expectation of 5 visits or 10 hours per week

Schedule: Flexible - Choose from 1 to 12-hour visits in home health care!

Your Role as a Home Health CNA:

As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Provide care for seniors and individuals with illnesses, injuries, or chronic diseases in their homes
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and nutritional intake
• Support ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
• Monitor vital signs and document any changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with a team of home health nurses and aides to follow care plans
• Observe patients and communicate any concerns to supervisors

What You Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Colorado
• CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
• No Covid Vaccination Required
• Pass a background check and drug test (THC testing required)
• A compassionate nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
