Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Day or Evening Shifts | On-Call Rotation Required
Compensation:

• LMSW : $36.20 – $40.49/hour

• LCSW : $31.55 – $42.52/hour

• Relocation assistance available

We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW) to provide therapeutic services to clients ages 5 and up in a supportive and collaborative outpatient setting. What You’ll Do

As a Clinical Therapist, you will:

• Provide individual and group therapy for patients experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.

• Establish and maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for healing and recovery.

• Document all services in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment planning.

• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide mental health crisis evaluations in emergency departments.

Qualifications

Education:

• Required : Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Art Therapy, or Nursing.

• Preferred : PhD in a related field.

Licensure & Certification:

• Required : Active LMSW, LCSW, or other NYS licensure (e.g., LMHC, RN, CAT) eligible to practice independently.

• Valid NYS driver’s license in good standing.

• Required : BLS certification (via RQI system during orientation).

• Required : CPI certification within 90 days of hire.

Experience:

• Required : Minimum 1 year working in a mental health or hospital setting.

• Preferred : 3 years in outpatient behavioral health.
