IS SEEKING SEVERAL CONCIERGES/DOORPERON(S) TO WORK AT LUXURY BUILDING LOCATED IN MANHATTAN, NEW YORK

THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED MID-TOWN

JOIN AN INOVATED TEAM:

We are seeking TWO full-time Concierge/Doorperson to become an integral part of the team . The selected individual(s) will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons. This individual will be highly polite to all residents and their guest

Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
• Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
• Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
• Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
• Sign for packages, and laundry deliveries
• Keep the lobby, desk, entrance and sidewalk in front of the building clean and free of debris or clutter
• If needed offer assistance to residents or visitors exiting or entering the building; provide assistance to anyone with a disability.

​ Qualifications:

• 2+ years prior experience as a concierge/doorperson
• Familiarity with security equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Pleasant demeanor
• Courtesy to residents

This position pays an hourly rate of $20.00 day assignments, and $21.00 for the evening assignments.

Rotating schedule on weekends required.

During the week days assigned schedules will be 7am - 3pm; OR 3pm- 7pm OR 11pm - 7am

Tri-Hill Building Services offers:

1 week vacation (prorated in year 2024); 1 week sick time, and participation in a 401(k) plan
