Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Lead high-volume recruitment efforts for hourly roles, ensuring smooth and effective candidate sourcing
• Conduct face-to-face and phone interviews for various hourly positions, showcasing strong interpersonal skills and thorough evaluation techniques
• Cultivate positive relationships with candidates, providing a seamless and engaging recruitment experience

Contract Recruiter Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on high-volume hourly roles
• Ability to conduct comprehensive interviews, both in-person and over the phone, with a keen eye for assessing candidate suitability
• Proficiency in handling diverse recruitment challenges, demonstrating adaptability and effective problem-solving skills
