We offer a starting hourly rate of $14.70 per hour (more with relevant experience), pooled tips and free shift meals. Bill & Tim's is a fast-paced environment generating above average tips for a fast casual concept. Pooled tips average between $4.00 and $4.50 per hour per employee resulting in an average total hourly income of $18.70 to $19.20 per hour (or more with experience)!
