Legal Admin Assistant- West Palm Beach
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys in the Corporate Practice Group. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering top-notch client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and edit complex Word documents, including contracts, board resolutions, meeting minutes, corporate filings, and correspondence.
Maintain and update document management systems.
Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and process expense reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant in a law firm environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word.
Experience with legal document management systems.
