About the Role Are you customer-centric, tech-savvy, and energized by high-volume client engagement? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can provide quick, impactful solutions while identifying growth opportunities?We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support a large portfolio of passionate small business tour and activity operators. In this role, you will engage with customers primarily through reactive support and strategic touchpoints, ensuring they maximize value from our platform while positioning growth opportunities based on their needs.

The salary range for this role will be between $65,000 and $85,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to skills, experience, education, and/or professional certifications
