Our non-commercial specialty pharmacy is centralized at our custom-designed facility outside of Dallas, Texas, empowering manufacturers to rethink the reach and impact of their products. **Together, we can get life-changing therapies to patients who need them-faster.** **Responsibilities** + Works with the business team to understand business rules, data flow and appropriately create reporting and analytics for the program. + Works with complex datasets to perform exploratory data analysis to provide insights to make business decisions. + This role combines consultative and technology focus to Data Analytics. + The individual should be skilled in bridging gap between technology and operations. + We require a motivated person who is interested in performing exploratory data analysis with complex datasets with minimal direction. + Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects **Qualifications** + BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field. Advance Degree preferred + 4-8 years experience preferred + Client facing experience preferred + Advance Excel (including Macros) + Intermediate to Advance SQL + Intermediate to Advance Tableau + Patient/Hub Service + Rare Disease Patient Analytics + Provider Analytics + Call Center Data + Data feeds (Data Aggregators) **What is expected of you and others at this level** + May contribute to the development of policies and procedures + Works on complex projects of large scope + Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives + Completes work independently receives general guidance on new projects + Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives + May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues **TRAINING AND WORK SCHEDULES:** Your new hire training will take place 8:00am-5:00pm CST, mandatory attendance is required. This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 7:00am- 7:00pm CST. **REMOTE DETAILS:** You will work remotely, full-time. It will require a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. We will provide you with the computer, technology and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. You will be responsible for providing high-speed internet. Internet requirements include the following: + Maintain a secure, high-speed, broadband internet connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) at the remote location.
