Data Center Construction Project Manager

Location : Virginia

Salary: $160,000 to $200,000 depending on experience

On behalf of our reputable client we’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead data center projects. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team, gain industry experience, and take ownership of your career progression. You’ll play a key role in managing critical infrastructure projects, building strong relationships, and contributing to business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onsite operations, ensuring progress and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to manage snagging activities.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
• Implement and monitor project processes for improvements.
• Lead meetings to track progress and address challenges.
• Ensure adherence to project procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing mission critical data center construction projects.
• Project management certification (or in progress).
• Degree or relevant experience in project management or construction.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients.
