THE ROLE The Director of Risk Management is a key member of the Corporate Risk Management Team, which supports the global operations of Live Nation. In this role you'll be reporting to the head of Corporate Risk Management and will provide key oversight of the corporate insurance programs and support the company's business operations in the Americas. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Lead the renewal process of all casualty and property programs; oversee collection of underwriting data ensuring completeness and accuracy; ensure programs are issued as presented and bound Identify and implement process efficiency and automation opportunities, including utilization of RMI systems Ensure processes are in place for invoice tracking and payment, COI issuance and policy tracking Act as subject matter expert for general coverage questions from operations, including contract review process Periodically review and determine any necessary updates to insurance language in contracts Develop and maintain close working relationships with key business partners across the organization, including operations and legal Oversight of company merger, acquisition and divestiture activities as relates to risk management and insurance operations, including integration management into corporate insurance programs Directing and overseeing work for staff Other duties associated with risk management department operations, as necessary WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING ~10+ years of related experience in a large multinational corporate risk management environment, insurance company or brokerage (experience in a corporate risk management department is required) ~ Solid understanding of operations for insurance carriers, underwriters, and captives, including relationships with brokers and other related service providers ~ Proficiency in Windows office 365 (excel, Power point) ~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving ~ Ability to work autonomously to a significant degree, have a high level of attention to detail, be organized and efficient and able prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and place a high value on providing exceptional and timely service to internal clients ~ Knowledge of Contingency and AD&D coverages a plus, but not requred ~ Fluency in Spanish a plus, but not required BENEFITS & PERKS Our motto is 'Taking Care of Our Own' through 6 pillars of benefits: HEALTH: Medical, Vision and Dental benefits for you and your family, including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) YOURSELF: Generous paid time off policy including paid holidays, sick time and paid days off for your birthday, Free concert tickets WEALTH: 401(k) program with company match, Stock Program FAMILY: New parent programs & support including caregiver leave and childcare cash, infertility support CAREER: Tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment internal growth and development programs & trainings OTHERS: Volunteer time off, crowdfunding network Live Nation's policy regarding vaccinations and masking related to a pandemic or other infectious disease control measures, acts of God, health and safety mandates and/or restrictions imposed by applicable local, state or federal governments has evolved over time.
