About the Job:

Join our team at BRCG as an Email Marketing Coordinator! We're seeking a motivated individual to spearhead email marketing campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients. This role will play a crucial part in driving engagement and maximizing the impact of our clients' email marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, create, test, and deploy various email campaigns and programs.
• Manage the Email Marketing Calendar for all scheduled deployments.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative department to develop marketing content and assets for email messages.
• Assist with audience segmentation, email customization, and campaign measurement.
• Optimize A/B and multivariate tests to enhance campaign performance.
• Interpret and report on campaign results, utilizing data to inform decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, merchandising, content, design, and product to develop compelling email content and creative assets.
• Stay abreast of email marketing best practices and industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team for ongoing enhancement and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Some experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, or marketing analytics preferred.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM compliance, and email deliverability.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for basic email template customization is a plus.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
