Job Details Job Details: We are on the hunt for an experienced Enhancements Division Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in the construction industry. The role demands a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of bidding, planning, projects, commercial, profitability, and budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our enhancement projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, safety, and profitability. Responsibilities: As an Enhancements Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Managing the entire lifecycle of permanent enhancements projects, from the initial bidding process to final completion.
2. Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
3. Monitoring project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
4. Collaborating with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure all projects align with our commercial goals and objectives.
5. Conducting risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
6. Evaluating project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance profitability.
7. Ensuring all projects comply with industry safety standards and regulations.
8. Managing and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in the areas of bidding, planning, managing projects, commercial, profitability, and budget.
