In our 1:1 ABA setting, you will directly engage with children (aged 18 months to 8 years) using ethical, evidence-based ABA techniques in a dynamic, supportive center environment. As a Behavior Technician, Your Role Will Include: Implementing one-on-one ABA therapy principles to support children with Autism in achieving their fullest potential. This includes following treatment plans, documenting progress, writing insurance notes, and applying feedback from supervisory sessions. Facilitating developmental growth in children through engaging and playful therapeutic activities. Collaborating with a dedicated team to enhance treatment effectiveness, maintain safety, and cultivate a joyful work environment. Engaging with children through active play, movement, and imitation—whether it’s dancing, singing, reading, or playing, your enthusiasm will inspire them! Communicating effectively with all stakeholders—including peers, families, and supervisors—to coordinate activities, celebrate achievements, and address immediate needs. Job Requirements: Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, squatting, and moving quickly to remain engaged with energetic young children. Creating and maintaining an organized therapy environment that is tidy and stimulating for children. Multitasking to navigate various responsibilities and decisions while ensuring safety for all. Working cohesively within the team, which may include traveling to nearby centers as needed. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. High School diploma or GED is required, along with being at least 18 years old. You will need to complete the RBT certification within your first 20 days of employment by passing a 40-hour training curriculum, a hands-on competency assessment, and the board's exam. Pay Ranges: Associates/High School: $16.20 - $23.50 Bachelors: $17.50 - $27.00 Masters: $19.00 - $28.00 Your first raise will be earned upon certification as an RBT, typically within 21 days. Experience in the Following Fields is a Plus: Childcare (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor, etc.) Mental health professionals and advocates (QMHP, behavioral health technicians) Camp counselors, volunteers, or educators Degrees in teaching, special education, sociology, psychology, or related fields Experience as paraprofessionals, direct support staff, or life skills assistants A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder A desire to be part of a caring, teamwork-oriented culture We are committed to connecting with you within 24 hours of your application submission!
