Job Description: Entry Level Personal Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry Level Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will support our executives and team members by managing various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members
Handle and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls and emails
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Maintain accurate records and filing systems to support the team
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives
Support event planning and organization for team meetings and company events
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
