This includes responding to equipment emergency downtime, troubleshooting for root cause and repair as needed. Responsibilities include: Ability to troubleshoot and repair: Robots, Servo Systems, Electrical Systems, Automated Machinery and Mechanical Systems Interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic prints. Complete assigned work orders and support production members in achieving the lines run rate efficiency. Document daily (all) activity and information in Equipment Management Systems (Maximo) Support weekend preventative maintenance, repair, and plant shutdown activities as well as new equipment installations and equipment modifications Who we are seeking: Required Work Experience: Preferred 3 months of relevant experience. Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Two-year degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial) or equivalent equipment maintenance experience Desired skills: Problem analysis skills, Robots, Servo Systems, Electrical Systems, Automated Machinery and Mechanical Systems, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word). Time management Additional Position Factors: Department Equipment Run Time Department Delivery Run Rate Efficiency Achievement Preventative Maintenance On-time Completion Other Job Specific Skills: Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift long term. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, daily overtime and off shifts as needed. Willingness to travel (percentage of travel varies between roles).
