Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and highly analytical FP&A Manager to join our team. This role partners closely with business stakeholders across various products to provide financial insights, drive gross margin performance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS or software business models and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to budget, forecast and analyze financial results with a focus on revenue, COGS, and gross margin performance.
  • Create and maintain financial models that track key drivers impacting top-line growth and product-level profitability.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level materials—including KPIs, dashboards, business reviews, and financial presentations—to support strategic decision-making and board-level reporting
  • Support month-end close by reviewing revenue and COGS variances, preparing accruals/reclasses, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide strategic support through capital expenditure analysis, acquisition analysis and other projects.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate, enhance, and optimize financial systems and processes, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and data accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A within a SaaS or software company, ideally in a product-based or revenue-driven business.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and business models.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; high proficiency in Excel and financial planning systems. Experience with Adaptive a plus.
  • Experience with Power Query and/or building Excel macros to automate and streamline reporting processes a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with non-financial stakeholders and communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Experience working with gross margin levers including pricing and cost optimization.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
