Position Overview: - GYMGUYZ is seeking a highly efficient, organized, and independent Franchise Business Coach to join our dynamic team.
- This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful launch of new franchise locations, supporting franchisees through the initial stages of their business journey, and ensuring franchisees exceed GYMGUYZ minimize performance standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Project Management: Oversee the entire franchise launch process from initial agreement to opening day, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
- Support: Provide comprehensive support to franchisees, including operations and business management.
- Coordination: Collaborate with various departments including marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless integration and support for franchises.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular check-ins to ensure compliance with GYMGUYZ standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of franchisee progress, feedback, and any issues encountered, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the launch process and thereafter, providing solutions and support as needed.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with franchisees and vendors.
Qualifications: - Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a project management, franchise operations, or related role.
- P&L and budget management experience is a plus.
- Experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with an emphasis on analyzing, evolving and development of processes and systems.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Independence: Self-motivated, able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams and franchisees.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
