Our restoration company provides a multitude of disaster restoration services, including water damage mitigation, advance structural drying, demo/structure cleaning following fires, mold projects, as well as all of the reconstruction that follows these events in tandem. We are looking for an experienced Drywall Finisher/Painter/Carpenter to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for rebuild projects from Water and Fire Restoration jobs. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team. Responsibilities: Perform production/restoration process per work order and supervisor instructions Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment Prepare rooms/areas for work activities Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance Communicate openly with the client, direct supervisor and other technicians Assist Water/Fire Mitigation Team as needed (drying, demolition, and other activities) Qualifications : Drywall finishing - specifically texture match Must have the ability to hand tape, coat, texture and sand drywall Carpentry skills a plus Experience serving commercial properties a plus Valid driver's license with clean and verifiable record High school diploma/GED Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics) Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Pine Ridge Restoration is proudly an IICRC Certified Firm and renowned restoration company.
