First-year agents typically earn between $45,000 and $65,000 , with many agents earning over $110,000 by their second year. Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell a range of insurance products.
  • Engage with clients to help them understand their insurance needs.
  • Evaluate clients' existing insurance policies and recommend plan changes as needed.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct sales visits to meet potential clients (local traveling is part of the job)
Requirements
  • Experience in retail sales or insurance sales.
  • Good memorization for available plans and benefits. (usually 20 to 40 primary plans)
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to assess clients' needs and suggest appropriate products.
  • Previous experience in sales, especially home sales and some phone sales.
