Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications:

• Strong Commercial/ Residential Plumbing Experience
• Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of service plumbing techniques and practices
• Familiarity with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required for plumbing projects
• Plumbing experience is not required but a plus!
• Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment, and/or willingness to learn (i.e. pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to take direction
• Must be able to be flexible and work with a team
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean record from Department of Motor Vehicles
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout and installation of plumbing systems
• Use hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment to complete plumbing projects
• Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters and electricians, to ensure proper coordination of plumbing installations
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required for plumbing projects
• Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve plumbing issues
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
