Job Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Intern to support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and administrative tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR operations and exposure to workplace policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain real-world HR experience.

Job Duties

• Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Help facilitate new hire onboarding, including document collection and orientation.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
• Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs and company events.
• Assist in gathering employee feedback and analyzing engagement survey results.
• Help maintain positive workplace culture through various HR activities.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Support the administration of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Help with documentation and filing of performance reviews, training records, and HR reports.
• Coordinate training sessions and track employee development programs.
• Assist in preparing training materials and monitoring training completion.
• Research best practices in employee learning and development.
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Interest in HR functions, employment law, and talent management.
