Job Description

Bentek is looking for a detail-oriented and organized  Implementation Support Specialist  to join our team! In this role, you'll work closely with our Implementation Consultants to ensure seamless execution of client implementation projects. You'll provide critical support in data management, client coordination, and documentation tasks, helping us deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely implementation services.

What You'll Do:

  • Data Review & Validation: Review data files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client specifications, and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Implementation Consultant.
  • Task Follow-Up: Track and manage outstanding items, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with internal teams and clients.
  • Client Meeting Coordination: Prepare and manage client meeting agendas, document action items, and ensure stakeholders are aligned on project objectives and timelines.
  • Document Management: Maintain and update templated documents, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements and company standards.
  • Audit & Eligibility Support: Assist in managing audit processes and resolving eligibility file discrepancies, working proactively to address issues and ensure compliance.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience:
    • 1-3 years in a support, administrative, or data management role, preferably in a client-facing or implementation environment.
    • Valid FL Driver’s license required
    • Prior experience using project management skills preferred
    • Knowledge and experience with employee benefits administration.
    • Knowledge of benefits enrollment, administration, and/or HRIS software.
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Ability to multi-task, manage and prioritize a variety of tasks.
    • Maintains grace under pressure and likes to be a team player.
    • Enjoys working with computers and technology.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong relationship building skills
    • Self-motivated and proactive problem-solving

Work Environment:

This is a full-time on-site position with a hybrid schedule. You will report to the Manager of Implementation Success and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or on-site support.
