• Pay Range: $45,000–$63,000 per year

• Schedule Options: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, with availability across morning, day, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays

Your New Role

Based in San Antonio, TX , you’ll be the first voice a customer hears—and the one that gets them excited to join the Mister Sparky family.

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-ups

• Provide exceptional customer service and product/service information

• Follow call scripts and record interaction details

• Help resolve customer concerns or escalate as needed

• Represent the brand with energy and integrity

• Use company-provided phone and computer

• High school coursework completed (diploma or GED preferred)

• No prior experience is required—we’ll train the right people!

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working a flexible schedule (some nights/weekends/holidays)

• Must pass a background check and drug test

• Willingness to take a DISC assessment
