Job Title: Inside Sales/Customer Support Representative

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 month contract

Hours: Standard 9-5

Job Purpose:

The Inside Sales Representative will support various aspects of the customer transaction process, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients' purchasing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer requests for IT equipment and service quotes
• Build computer configurations based on customer IT requirements
• Process incoming customer purchase orders
• Track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Address other customer inquiries and requests promptly
• Generate sales reports to support business operations
• Perform miscellaneous customer service and inside sales-related tasks as needed

An ideal candidate will possess:

• At least five years of experience in a transaction-oriented company
• Experience in inside sales within the computer industry
• Understanding of computer components
• Proficiency in ServiceNow or other digital workflow management software
• Familiarity with enterprise accounting systems like Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience with enterprise quoting systems such as FileMaker Pro
• Working knowledge of Oracle, Coupa, Ariba software
• A Bachelor’s degree
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Database management skills
• Focused attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and under pressure
• Willingness to work non-standard hours if required by customer needs
• A flexible, team-oriented attitude
