A well-known Casino Company is searching for an IT Helpdesk Specialist to work full-time. Follow standard service desk operating procedures. Deliver hands-on, phone, and remote end-user support of computer systems, vendor peripherals, and basic network connectivity. Execute IT-related resolutions and follow-ups while providing excellent customer service as assigned via Service Now ticketing system. Log all service desk calls, incidents, and requests into the Service Now ticketing system. Follow up on outstanding issues and with users regarding status and closure of incidents/requests. Maintain communication with users on operational and production problems.
