Our client, a dedicated service provider, is seeking a part-time Janitor/Cleaner to join their team. As a Janitor/Cleaner, you will be part of the facilities management team supporting a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Janitor/Cleaner

Location: Fairbury, IL

Pay Range: $15 per hour

What's the Job?

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, and washing walls and glass.
• Remove rubbish and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
• Notify management of the need for repairs and clean snow or debris from sidewalks.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication skills to report issues effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
