We are currently looking for a talented Luxury Jewelry CAD Designer with a minimum of 10 years of experience, especially in working with global luxury brands.

Position Overview: The Luxury Jewelry CAD Designer will be responsible for transforming design concepts into detailed CAD models and technical drawings, ensuring the production of high-quality, intricate jewelry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury jewelry design, a strong portfolio showcasing their work with prestigious brands, and the ability to communicate effectively with the design and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed CAD models and technical drawings of luxury jewelry pieces, collaborating closely with designers to realize their concepts.
  • Ensure that designs meet both aesthetic and technical standards, optimizing for manufacturability.
  • Conduct revisions and modifications as needed based on feedback from design teams and clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest jewelry design software and trends within the luxury market.
  • Provide a comprehensive portfolio upon request, showcasing relevant work and collaborations with global luxury brands.
  • Develop and present pricing schedules for various design projects in alignment with luxury service expectations.
  • Participate in the prototyping and production process, addressing any challenges related to CAD designs.
  • Maintain organized records of designs, changes, and correspondence related to projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in CAD design specific to the luxury jewelry sector.
  • Proven portfolio highlighting experience with global luxury brands and demonstrable design skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (such as Rhino, Matrix, or SolidWorks) is essential.
  • Strong understanding of gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry construction techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation in jewelry design.
