Job Description

Green Teams is seeking a detail-oriented person to join our growing landscape design team. As a Landscape Enhancement and Design specialist, your primary objective will be to meet financial goals by proactively recommending, designing, estimating, pricing, and presenting new and enhanced landscapes, irrigation systems drainage systems, hardscapes, water features, landscape lighting, and other site improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. Requirements

LE sales and design/estimating experience (2 years) or formal horticultural and/or design training (2 years).

  • Bachelor's degree or experience as a designer in the landscape industry is preferred but not required to be considered.
  • Knowledge of landscape commercial and residential sales, design, estimating, pre-construction/construction documentation and communication.
  • Analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Green industry experience is a plus.
