Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com ( . **In this role, you will:** + Strategic leadership: Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success in a shifting consumer and regulatory landscape + Strategic & analytic orientation: A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation, given that a large part of the business is based on rigorous analytic marketing & credit risk management + Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives + Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate + Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance + Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations + Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans + Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives + Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering + 4+ years of experience in strategic analytics + 2+ years of experience in financial and/or Auto Financial Services + 2+ years of SAS, SQL, or equivalent + Demonstrated experience presenting to senior leaders and gaining buy-in from stakeholders **Posting Locations:** Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to one of the locations listed on the job posting: + 6051 N State Highway 161, IRVING, TX + 2501 S Price Rd, Chandler, AZ + Relocation assistance is not available for this position Posting may close early due to volume of candidates **Position is Not eligible for Visa Sponsorship** **Posting End Date:** 30 Jul 2025 **_*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants._** **We Value Equal Opportunity** Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
