This hybrid role includes marketing rental properties, closing leases, generating new business, and maintaining strong tenant relationships. Responsibilities: Lease residential/commercial properties and manage the full leasing process Conduct property showings, tenant screenings, and move-in/move-out inspections Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our client base Generate and follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales Ensure compliance with rental laws and maintain accurate records Qualifications: Experience in real estate sales and/or leasing Texas Real Estate License preferred Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Familiarity with Appfolio or other property management software Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Spanish-speaking is a plus Compensation for this position will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
