Wonderful opportunity available at a private practice clinic located in San Diego, CA, for a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist - LMFT specializing in outpatient therapy services. This full-time, hourly position requires a minimum of two years of direct care clinical experience and offers a competitive benefits package.   • Ensure a positive client experience for both in-office and telehealth clients
  • Collaborate with licensed staff as needed, including monthly consultations
  • Conduct monthly check-ins with all clinicians at the office
  • Assist in the onboarding and continuous training of new staff members
  • Independently troubleshoot and find effective solutions
  • Address safety concerns and questions, and provide consistent support in the office
  • Conduct interviews for potential candidates when necessary
  • Communicate with the Clinical Leader regarding office supplies management
  • Discuss clinical matters and hiring concerns with leadership
  • Attend monthly clinical consultation meetings
  • Hold monthly 1:1 meetings with the Clinical Leader

Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid California license
  • Experience in Military Culture is preferred
  • Proficient in conducting assessments and making diagnoses
  • Skilled and knowledgeable in developing treatment plans independently
  • Quality experience in delivering outpatient care
  • Willingness to work with couples is a plus
  • Preferably has experience with military populations
  • Must be a collaborative team player
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and respond promptly
  • Strong organizational abilities are required
  • Firm understanding and adherence to clinical boundaries
  • Ready and eager to take on leadership responsibilities
  • Ability to address both clinical and employment-related concerns
  • Dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive work culture
  • Credentialing process requires a 3-month lead time
  • An active BBS license in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC is required for this role
