Position Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Mailroom Associate, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing client experiences through high-quality operations support. From managing high-volume printing and mailing tasks to troubleshooting equipment and providing reception services, you'll be at the heart of our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and deliver mail and packages within the facility.
• Receive and manage incoming shipments.
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Operate company fleet vehicles for deliveries (valid driver’s license required).
• Support general mailroom operations and assist with related tasks.

Must-Have Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in copy/print services or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and copier equipment repair.
• Valid driver’s license with minimum auto insurance coverage.
