The Corporate Real Estate Finance team partners with senior leaders across the organization to deliver actionable financial insights that drive strategic decisions for our corporate facilities portfolio.

What you'll do...

  • Provides strategic input to financial planning by preparing analysis and modeling, recommending expense targets, and analyzing business performance.
  • Communicates with functional areas to understand variations, documents results, and provides follow-up on financial issues.
  • Manages complex control structures to mitigate financial risk, develops new processes, and enhances reporting transparency.
  • Collaborates with senior management to plan and analyze business performance, identifying gaps and providing feedback on financial projects.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supports company mission and values, and provides direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.)

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
