Job Description

Location: Orlando, FL ( Working 3 days in office, 2 days remotely)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies aimed at achieving business objectives.
• Optimize marketing campaigns through ongoing analysis and refinement to improve performance.
• Use performance data to measure campaign effectiveness and connect efforts to key business results.
• Understand and leverage digital marketing channels (paid media, email, SMS, etc.).
• Apply customer segmentation to tailor campaigns that maximize impact.
• Continuously track and analyze key campaign metrics, making recommendations to improve results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a marketing strategy, planning, or campaign optimization role.
• Proven track record of optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns based on data insights.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels, customer segmentation, and campaign performance metrics.
• Familiarity with email marketing, SMS, and other media platforms.
• Experience in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar to interpret performance data.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
