POSITION SUMMARY:

The role of the Marketing Campaign Manager is to utilize customer insights to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that deliver results aligned to key business objectives. You will be accountable for implementing marketing objectives in accordance with the marketing strategy and you will be responsible for contributing to projects that drive customer satisfaction, retention and brand awareness. From conceptualization to execution, campaign managers coordinate multiple aspects, like target audience identification, messaging, media planning, budgeting and performance tracking. They leverage their expertise in market research, consumer insights and data analysis to optimize campaigns and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop strategies, monitor and optimize campaigns, allocate resources and track performance.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns.
  • Ideate and implement comprehensive campaign strategies and timelines, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive research usage and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling marketing collateral. Work to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement and growth.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  • Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting the key findings and recommendations.
  • Deliver marketing activities to assist sales and product teams on meeting revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the marketing objectives are aligned with the other departments' goals.
  • Develop and monitor customer behavior to understand habits and identify opportunities.
  • Identify and stay current with the marketing trends, insights, technologies and best practices to drive campaign innovation.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing activities: analyze campaign performance through thoughtful and insightful reporting.
  • Develop KPI framework and benchmarks to measure success of campaigns to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify target audience segments, preferences and behaviors.
  • Develop a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing plan for new stores.
  • Manage marketing budget for all projects and resources.
  • Identify areas for process improvement (project management, efficiencies, resources)
  • Establish a channel of communication and best practices with store management to support execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Measure ROI to gain better insights into the true impact of marketing campaigns while creating opportunities to further optimize. Gain insights to discover the right audience, allocate spend more accurately, and increase conversions and ROI.
  • Track campaign performance, analyzing data and metrics and providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Unlock the full potential of marketing campaigns with tactical recommendations. Get more powerful results that align with the objectives. With forecasted results and historical data, maximize ROI to help ensure long-term success while defining costs per result.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, merchandising, operations, etc. in order to develop and implement campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and driving sales.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, a plus.
