Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Job Description

Responsible for the basic assembly of industrial paint sprayers. This role involves mechanical assembly using power and hand tools, reading work instructions from computers, and assisting with labeling and packaging as needed. You will be working on a line with 4-8 other people.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly of industrial paint sprayers.
• Utilize power and hand tools for assembly tasks.
• Read and follow work instructions from computers.
• Assist with labeling and packaging as needed.
• Collaborate with a team of 4-8 people on the assembly line.

Essential Skills

• Experience in mechanical assembly.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions from computers.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working in a manufacturing setting, preferably in mechanical assembly.
• Mechanical inclination with experience using power and hand tools (e.g., home renovations, working on cars).
• Comfortable standing all day and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Good computer skills.

You will work in a clean, state-of-the-art facility with new equipment. The atmosphere is safe, well-lit, and comfortable. The culture is easy-going yet fast-paced, with supportive trainers who help contractors get up to speed. Despite being a large company with over 100 employees, the department fosters a small-team feel, working closely with about 10 other employees. The facility is air-conditioned.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
