 Job Information

Position starting pay: $16.56/hr. The initial review of applications will begin starting the week of October 20th, 2025. Applications received before the initial review date will be considered, with qualifying applicants being eligible to participate in the phone screen process.

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Property Manager, performs a variety of on-site services for the Housing Authority's Affordable Housing units including, but not limited to, rent collection, coordination of resident activities, cleaning up laundry and trash bin area; walks property regularly to monitor overall appearance and reports issues to Property Manager as needed. 

Person is required to live onsite at property located on S. 7th Ave. in Barstow. Position comes with free rent, utility allowance, and cell phone allowance. Unit offered is a single level 1 bedroom 1 bath with home based office. Part-time position working approximately 19 hours each week. Working schedule will be Monday-Thursday 9am - 1pm Fridays 9am-12pm.

 WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years previous experience within a Property Management office preferred.  
• Ability to live on-site and perform clean-up on property.
• Must have intermediate skills on computer with great customer service skills. 
• Must have clean driving record with ability to obtain auto insurance
