Provide and maintain comprehensive documentation on database systems, configurations, processes and standards. Support 24/7 applications with strong understanding of backup and recovery best practices. Collaborate with the IT application teams to ensure database requirements are met. Protect data integrity and security through access control and regular security reviews. Strong level of knowledge in installation and maintenance of Oracle Applications and Oracle Databases. Experience installing, upgrading, Oracle systems. Knowledge of applying product specific patches and post-installation patches for different Apps modules. Strong experience and knowledge in configuration and support of Oracle web server, Form server, Concurrent processing server, and Apache web server. Oracle DBA expertise, including recent versions from 11g-19c. Oracle Partitioning expertise (for tuning purposes as well as for data purging and exchange) Oracle Query Tuning expertise Familiarity with at least one ETL tool and their methods and effects on databases Strong knowledge in Database Performance and System tuning in Oracle Core DBA.
