Job Title: Oracle Talent Management Business Analyst
Duration: 12-month contract
Location: Remote with travel ~1x/month

Description: This individual will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Oracle's Talent Management solutions. This includes the development and configuration of performance management, succession planning, skills, competencies, and engagement activities. This role will interface and partner with other Sub Workstream leads to successfully implement Oracle Cloud (including Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle Learning, Oracle Talent Management, and Oracle Helpdesk.). Post go live, the main focus will be on supporting the configuration of Oracle Talent Management.
