Description We are seeking a personable, self-motivated, and collaborative Outreach & Development Assistant to support our marketing and business development team. In this tole, you'll help showcase Hoyle Tanner's work, strengthen community and client relationships, and ensure a professional presence at events, conferences, and public meetings. Your skills in communication, organization, and design will support a wide range of efforts aimed at building connections and growing our business. As An Outreach & Development Assistant You Will Coordinate logistics and registration for industry conferences, events, and public meetings Attend select events and meetings to represent Hoyle Tanner and support our team Assist with the preparation of presentation materials and public displays Support development and maintenance of CRM software for tracking contacts, leads, and outreach activities Collaborate on creating advertisements, brochures, and digital content to promote engagement initiatives Maintain organized records of outreach efforts, event details, and client interactions Assist with additional public outreach and business development efforts as needed Requirements Qualifications: ~ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field ~0-2 years of relevant experience ~ Exceptional oral/ written communication skills ~ Comfortable with public speaking ~ Experience with Adobe Pro is a plus ~ Multilingual speaker is a plus ~ Salary is contingent on experience Hoyle Tanner is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
