• Educate homeowners and businesses on the benefits of solar energy.
• Generate and qualify leads through various sales strategies.
• Conduct consultations (in-person or virtual) to assess energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
• Present financing options and guide customers through the installation process.
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain follow-ups for referrals and repeat business.
What We’re Looking For:
• Sales experience (solar sales preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic understanding of solar energy (training provided).
• Reliable transportation (for in-person roles).
