Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager .
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and key accounts to integrate PR campaigns with customer promotions.
• Coordinate in-store service events , ensuring smooth and successful operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers , communicating promotional services effectively.
• Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and refine measurement strategies for PR campaigns .
• Assist in the development of promotional marketing materials and visual merchandising .
• Foster and maintain relationships with suppliers and retail event personnel .
• Keep accurate and timely records of event traffic, production , and inventory .
• Identify new opportunities and efficiency innovations to improve processes.
• Based on performance, the position offers opportunities to progress into senior campaign management roles.

Qualifications:

• College degree or currently in the process of completing one preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, sales , or an internship in a related field (an asset).
• Outstanding communication skills , both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
• A level-headed problem solver with a service-oriented attitude .
• Superb organizational and tracking skills with great attention to detail.
• Adaptable , dependable, and responsible.
• Basic understanding of public relations , communications , and marketing concepts and sales strategies.
