CooperZadeh Management is the property management division of Cooper Zadeh and works in conjunction with Camden Homes. Cooper Zadeh is a vertically integrated privately-owned company that is in the business of providing housing solutions to the workforce of America. Purpose of the Job: CooperZadeh Management is searching for a Residential Cleaning Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of the homes we manage. Ideal for someone who takes pride in a clean and welcoming space, this hands-on position ensures our residents and prospective homeowners have a positive first impression of every property. Responsibilities: * Perform thorough cleaning of vacant homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, and surfaces. * Prepare homes for new residents by ensuring they meet cleanliness standards. * Assist with light interior detailing of model homes and amenity areas. * Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces such as leasing offices or show homes. * Support the property management team with special projects and seasonal deep cleans. * Report any property damage or maintenance concerns to the Property Manager. Qualifications: * Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. * Able to work independently with attention to detail. * Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required. * Strong work ethic and positive attitude. * Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. * Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
