We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment at our memory care facility. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and assessment skills, a passion for dementia care, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team. Contract Details: Start Date: Flexible Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed Evening Shift | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Schedule: 4 days on, 2 days off rotation Facility Type: Alzheimer's & Dementia Care (74 beds) Unit Structure: 3 locked units, average census 24/unit Pay: $2046 per week Taxable: $800/week Non-Taxable: $1246/week 40 hours/week guaranteed Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care in a secure memory care environment Monitor and document resident conditions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with CNAs and support staff to ensure quality care Educate residents and families on care plans Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Requirements: Active RN license (WA or compact) Minimum 1 year of RN experience (LTC or memory care preferred) BLS certification (AHA) Strong communication and patient advocacy skills Facility Overview: Lake Ridge Center is a 74-bed Alzheimer's and Dementia Care center with 3 secure units, averaging 24 residents each.
