See Yourself as a RPA Developer As the RPA Developer you will be responsible for leading Radian's efforts to leverage RPA tools and the knowledge of Radian's current internal processes to create process efficiencies that enhance operational productivity and increase customer satisfaction by expediting turn times of work being performed. In this position you will work proactively to improve performance across Radian functions by working with subject matter experts and leadership to define potential use cases for bots to perform. As the RPA Developer you must be innovative, forward-thinking problem solvers with a thorough understanding of the different operational functions Radian performs. You must be capable of independently driving RPA use case identification, documentation, testing and deployment of new bots. You are responsible for scoping, designing, developing, deploying, testing, and monitoring Robotic Process Automations across Radian using the UiPath platform. You will be part of a team operating in a start-up like environment with the unique opportunity to influence, direct, and own its growth. See Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for scoping, designing, developing, deploying, testing, and monitoring Robotic Process Automations across Radian using the UiPath platform. Responsible for collaborating and communicating effectively with various stakeholders to define processes and prioritize list of potential use cases. Proven ability to design RPA solutions, leverage best practices, and all available tools/ resources to optimize end solution. Deploy, Maintain, Troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing bots deployed. Perform other duties as assigned or apparent. See the Job Specifications Your Knowledge: Strong knowledge of business processes in the field of MI, Title, Valuations, Closing, Real Estate, or SFR. Analyze new and existing systems and make recommendations for RPA use cases. Proven ability to define and document a process and make suggestions for changes to allow for automation via RPA. Ability to construct Business cases and opportunity identification efforts to support the further adoption of RPA solutions throughout the organization. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem solving and analytic skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Your Skills and Abilities: Ability to project manage the development and rollout of new bots. Responsible for working within a fast-paced environment working as part of a team to design, build, and support bots. Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of the Bot release cycle. Knowledge of Macros, SQL, and APIs. Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Prior working experience with .NET programming languages Experience with other automation platforms like WorkFusion, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Experience in building solutions from the ground up; understanding how to navigate loosely defined problem sets. Able to learn new software products quickly and effectively. Working knowledge of system integration and programming. At least two years of experience troubleshooting PC issues involving software problems. Must be proficient with UiPath Orchestrator. Knowledge of UiPath Insights a plus. Your Prior Work Experience Technical: 3 - 5 years Supervisory: None Your Education and Credentials Required: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Other Certifications: RPA Developer Certification, Level 1 Developer Foundations and UI Path Developer Foundations training preferred. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Rest and Relaxation.
